Tiggy is the nickname of our car (a VW 'Tiguan'...now do you get it?). When we left San Francisco (😢) and packed up for our move to the East Coast, we stashed all our worldly belongings into a giant container bound for NYC by truck and then we hopped in Tiggy. The goal: drive cross-country to Julie's hometown of Nashville and make it by Christmas.
We made a few stops along the way: Nevada, Utah (to say hi to some of Julie's relatives in Salt Lake City which FREEZING cold btw), Wyoming, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Tennessee ... Phew.
We stopped in Wyoming for a few days 1) because I have always dreamt of skiing Jackson Hole (EPIC!) But also because 2) we wanted to visit one of the most special places on Earth: Yellowstone National Park. We woke up at an ungodly hour - wrapped up in #alloftheclothes (check out my fur hood, yo) - to be the first to the park.
It was absolutely stunning, see for yourself below.
